In a fast paced-world with technology at our fingertips, massive developments like AI, & a plethora of information available for consumers 24/7, what will real estate agents do to add true value to customers? Education.
We can be a true resource for our clients only if we ourselves are educated & informed. Our clients come to us for a personalized, human experience when buying or selling homes. What will make us stand out is our knowledge & ability to add value to our clients because we have done the extensive legwork to understand the many areas of real estate, & can successfully guide our clients. No matter how long any of us have been in real estate, we must continue to evolve. Keeping up is a must, staying ahead is invaluable.
No matter our schedules, we must continue to make ongoing education a priority.
On a personal note, I am happy to report that this year alone, I’ve spent 91 + hours on board-certified real estate certification classes (not including the “extra” educational classes/seminars/ events I attend “for fun”), & I’ve received several major certifications this year, while continuing to work on my biggest certification of GRI.
I dedicate so much time to learning as much possible in this dynamic field of real estate not because I have to, but because I want to truly help my clients succeed.
